What Natally finds most fulfilling in her role is forming strong connections with her infants and watching them grow. She believes in nurturing each child’s development through consistency, thoughtful care, and genuine warmth.

Outside of work, Natally enjoys going on walks, cooking, and baking, activities that reflect her thoughtful and nurturing personality.
